Reg:

I did not take it very well to receive a bunch of things from you

advocating the separatist view you hold to, when you had told me you

did not have time to interact with me, and we had consequently taken

the controversy to our elders and presbytery to determine the matter.

I realize you thought to be helpful, but this is now in our elders'

hands, and your sending the materials to me has at least an appearance

of impropriety. I did not appreciate it and you are not doing me any

kindness in it.

The one modern work I know of which addresses this topic correctly and

thoroughly is Bacon's "Visible Church." I did not see this in your

latest catalog. Have you dropped it?
