Dear Edmonton Brethren,
Since our Presbytery meeting in Charlotte, it has become clear that I did do wrong (sinned) in my communication of June 20 to Edmonton by mixing personal opinion with the official communication of Presbytery as Clerk. I do thank you for pointing this out.
In the future private opinions will be in a separate letter from official presbytery communications in order to maintain clear communications. Please forgive me for complicating the issues. This was a violation of my trust as Clerk and a breach of the 5th commandment.
